The app doesn’t work anymore. Pulling up the site wasn’t easy and wasn’t clear on choosing a plan, if the name of the option was related to the benefits.
I don’t have confidence that the plan will pay if I ever run into problems. But I’m trying it anyway.

Previously I had purchased insurance for a trip 4 months away. I then learned of your annual policy. I asked if I could apply the funds paid for that 1 trip towards your most expensive annual policy and my request was rejected. I purchased this single trip today however I am unsure as to whether or not I will purchase future coverage.

We are a group of travelers that go on a trip every 2 years. I always recommend TRAWICK because it gives the group various options for their insurance and they can choose whatever level they are comfortable purchasing. Luckily, we have never needed to use it but it seems those who have say it works as it should. Worth the piece of mind with the financial investment travel involves.

Easy to buy and good customer service. I once had a claim issue but that is because the insurance company's claim form was ambiguous. Once we figured out what they were asking for, payment was made promptly.

Agent providing detailed information over the phone about policy coverage was knowledgeable and efficient. Purchasing the policy online was a simple process. Based on the purchasing experience, I would recommend Trawick; but that recommendation must be with reservation because I have had no experience with claims. Hopefully we won't.

I have purchased several policies the last few years. However, the last one I purchase, about a month ago, was actually for my grandson, who is traveling with us, since he lives in a different state. I used his name and address, but my email address.

Now when I log in with my email address, it lists HIS information in my account! His name, birthdate, address, but my email address. I want to change it all back to MY information on my email address, but the person on the phone couldn't help and I can't fix it online (I can change the name and address online, but not the birthdate). This is really poor programming of your website and training of your people.
