Overall it was too difficult to figure out what the right policy was for us because the information comparing the different policies was not clear. In addition, once we had a policy we thought we needed it took me 15 min to find a basic and important piece of information (what type of emergency is included in the cancellation policy: family death, family illness, etc.). I read 4 different documents before I found the right piece of information. We almost picked a competitor because it was so difficult to get the information we needed from Trawick.
