Very easy to understand; explanations were clear and complete. We compared this to another leading company and while the coverage was similar, their website was somewhat difficult to navigate, plus they were more expensive.

Spoke to a very disinterested "Alyssa". It was like pulling teeth trying to get information out of her! When she answered it was just a "Trawick Insurance". No 'how can I help' no good morning, no nothing. I explained that I needed help finding the right insurance. She asked for our origin and destination, our ages, dates of travel and email address and then silence. No other questions. Next thing I know is she says she is sending me a quote. So I stopped her and asked her about other insurance options. I told her other carriers had asked what coverages I was interested in, what our deposit date was, what we wanted covered. So she proceeded to ask those questions. Then silence again - long pause. So I asked her if I should be saying something or if she should be saying something and I asked if she was still there since she hadn't even bothered to ask me to hold while she prepared another quote. I still had questions. I asked if we would be covered for being quarantined. She said yes; $2000. I had to ask her if that was per person since she wasn't volunteering the information. I asked a 'what if' we got sick right before departure due to COVID and she it didn't cover COVID. Told her I was confused. If you cover being quarantined due to COVID then why was she telling me COVID wasn't covered. I asked why. She said because "COVID has been around for a long time" -WHAT?!!!! Since I wasn't getting much help I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said she was out of town. I ask to speak to whoever was in charge in her supervisors absence and she said they don't take calls. Exasperated I asked for her supervisors name and she provided her first name. I asked for her supervisors last name and she said she'd have to look it up because she couldn't pronounce it. Her supervisors name is Lupe Zepeda and I WILL be calling back to speak to her. I then proceeded to tell her that she should think of changing careers since she is severely lacking in customer service skills. Told her she was of no help. I am quick to call a supervisor to compliment a job well done but also feel your company should know when you have less than qualified service reps. I bought the insurance anyway only because my cousin who is traveling with us called and spoke to someone much more informative. I had to rely on his conversation with the rep he spoke to to move forward in purchasing the insurance here. Get this young lady off the phone. She is not earning her pay and making you guys look bad!
Good, quick service and although I have had to use them for a medical emergency, the company was recommended by my Federal insured insurance. Lady who signed me up was efficient and good.

When I chose to set up the app, none of the numbers (my insurance ID #, my wife's insurance ID #, the certificate #, etc.) worked to allow us to sign up.
