I have purchased insurance from Trawick for many of my clients. They have all been satisfied.

I found the instructions easy to understand, but the actual system seems mightily complicated....seems everything on site is Costa Rica oriented. I completely failed to access the amount of coverage I wanted because it appears that only two choices exist...A or B. I wanted coverage for $500,000.00 but only $50,000.00 or $100,000.00 was accessible to me. Dont know why because I had purchased $500,000.00 before.

I purchased what I thought was the correct trip insurance for Turks and Caicos. I reached out by phone to Trawick directly. I ended up reach a voice mailbox. I was not sure I would hear back from anyone? I was totally wrong- Kathy Phillips a ref for the company returned my call and emailed me after I missed her call. She informed us that we had chosen the wrong insurance policy. She directed us to the correct policies and and refunded us for the monies spent. I could not be happier with my experience.
