The process of buying a policy was straightforward enough. For someone who is not an attorney, it’s always intimidating to read a multi-page contract with endless definitions then still wonder where the loopholes are hiding. In the end, the policy added about 9% to the expected trip costs. The true value can only be realized if a claim is filed. Will I chose Trawick again? The real answer is MAYBE.
Everything online went smoothly and clearly, until I got the copy of the policy. Somehow, my DOB had been changed in your system. It should be March 7, 1942. I've sent emails asking that that be amended and a new copy sent to me. Am waiting for that. Once that is cleared up, I would hit the five-star overall evaluation.
