Like the easy way to choose insurance and website format. Only problem apparently I waited too long to find this kind of insurance where you can cancel for any reason. This was important to me.

This was our second policy we have purchased for our travels. This time I had to reach out to customer service to correct a error I made in my birthdate. They answered on the 2 or 3rd ring and I got to talk to a live person who was extremely helpful.

this is our first big trip using Trawick as our travel insurance provider. would be better to fill out survey AFTER we've used them and see how the claims are handled if necessary after the trip ends.

I have used Trawick several times. When I had questions they were right there to answer. So far have never had to make a claim. I did have to cancel once due to Covid. So far nothing but positive things to sat.

Fast , knowledgeable and courteous service from your agent Shawn. We were given several options for coverage and pricing. We were able to choose the one we wanted, helped by explanation of each by Shawn. We are very pleased. This is the second time this month we have bought coverage from Trawick and will do so again when we travel.

Having just bought it today and not traveling until Feb 2023, I can only write on the purchase experience. That went very well. I hope my trip goes that well and I don't even need the insurance.

Your website is relatively easy to use and to navigate to find the information. However, I did contact Kathy, your local representative in Fairhope for additional questions. She was very nice, and helpful.
